APPEAL BY PARENTS FOR THEIR DAUGHTER “BABY. VAISHNAVI VIKAS GEJAGE” FOR HER TREATMENT, SHE IS SUFFERING FROM “LARGE PM VSD WITH SUPRAMITRAL”.

My Daughter Baby. Vaishnavi Gejage, is just 5-year girl and she is diagnosed with “LARGE PM VSD WITH SUPRAMITRAL ” Vaishnavi has to undergo “ICR OF VSD CLOSURE” I (vaishnavi’s father) am working as Farmer I am the only earning member supporting the family I am worried about my daughter’s critical illness, Currently Vaishnavi is under treatment at Balaji Heart Hospital, Byculla, Mumbai.

She has to undergo ICR OF VSD CLOSURE. Cancer Control Mission Commitment for the treatment expense is 3, 30,000 /-. (Three Lacs and thirty thousand).

Mr, Gejage (Father of Vaishnavi) is working as Farmer and her mother is house wife. he is the only earning member in the family consisting of 4 members and has no support from anywhere else and no other source of income. In such a critical situation it is difficult for him to bear the expense of his daughter’s treatment.

Cancer Control Mission (CCM) is a national non-profit organization dedicated to help needy children. Cancer Control Mission is registered under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950. Reg. No F-40856/Mumbai/2009. All donation to Cancer Control Mission are exempted from tax under section 80-G of Income Tax act

The treatment will prolong for more than 21 days.
