My Son Master. Tanuj Shelar, is just 8-month boy and he is diagnosed with “LARGE VENTRI CULAR SEPTAL DEFECT IN CONGESTIVE CARDIAC FAILURE WITH SEVERE BRONCHIOLITIS” Tanuj has to undergo “OPEN HEART SURGERY” I (Tanuj’s father) am working in a Pvt. Company I am the only earning member supporting the family I am worried about my Son’s critical illness, Currently Tanuj is under treatment at Bharati Hospital,Pune.

He has to undergo OPEN HEART SURGERY. Cancer Control Mission Commitment for the treatment expense is 2, 00,000 /-. (Two Lacs).

Mr, Shelar (Father of Tanuj) is working in a Pvt Company and his mother is house wife. he is the only earning member in the family consisting of 4 members and has no support from anywhere else and no other source of income. In such a critical situation it is difficult for him to bear the expense of his Son’s treatment.
